Online Registration:
online registrations are preferred but all remittances will have to be mailed
to Conference secretariat. Registration will only be acknowledged
after the remittance has been received. Please mention the remittance details
on the
‘online
registration form.
* Spot Registration:
All entitlements and accommodations cannot be guaranteed to spot registrants.
* Payment Mode: All remittances
to be made by Demand Draft / Banker's Cheque in favour of SANC 2007 &
payable at New Delhi. Outstation Cheques will not be accepted
at all. All remittance to be sent by speed post / courier only.
* Entitlements:
Conference registration kit will contain identity badge, programme book, souvenir,
book of abstracts, invitation to inaugural function and other
social events, meal coupons and other miscellaneous items. Registration entitles
you for
admission
to scientific sessions and exhibition areas.
* Cancellation & Refund
Policy: If cancellation is confirmed
before 30th Nov, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Beyond 30th Nov., 50% will be refunded. After 1sth Jan 2007 there
will be no refund. All claims will be settled after the
Conference.
