On behalf of the Organizing Committee it is our proud privilege to welcome you all to the 4th South Asian Neurosurgical Congress of India to be held at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, from 15th – 18th February, 2007.

India Habitat Centre, the venue for the main Conference, sets the perfect stage for interaction, being the hub of cultural and academic activities of modern Delhi.

Technology, technique, expertise and local conditions, all play important roles in the management of a given patient. It is all the more relevant in Asia where resources are meager and conditions often sub optimal. Yet, Asian neurosurgery has made great strides, which will be showcased in this conference. Leading experts from around the world will interact with the Asian faculty for the betterment of Asian neuroscience.
