Papers are invited for oral / poster presentation. Both selection and placement decisions by the Organizing Committee are final. Organizing Committee reserves the right to edit abstract for clarity of English. Presenting Author MUST BE REGISTERED for the conference at the time of abstract submission.

Format for Writing the Abstract

The abstract should be written in English, typed or printed, in Times New Roman Font and single space
 

The title of paper should be concise in bold capital letters, size 12 and justified to the left. Double space is also required
 

The Authors name should begin with full first name, middle initial and last name (the name of the presenting author should be underlined) in capital letters, size 12, normal and justified to the left.
 

Text of the abstract should be in size 12, normal and full justification. The body of the text should cover the purpose of the study including introduction, materials and methods, results and conclusions -  (max. 250 words)
 

Please indicate the type of presentation you would like to have the abstract included in (Oral / Poster)

Best Paper Award : There will be 2 best papers Award.

Guidelines:

1. Contestants should be below the age of 45.

2. Work presented should have been done by the contestant himself.

3. The paper should not have been presented or published anywhere.

4. Certificate from the HOD should be attached with the work.

By Mail:  Please send your abstract as an electronic file on either a 3.5”

Diskette (floppy) OR on a Compact Disc (CD) [preferred] as a MS Word file

(as per format given above) along with a hard copy to the Conference Secretariat.

Best Poster Award

There will be one Best Poster Awards. An area of 90 cm (width) X 120 cm (height) will be available for each poster presentation.  Presenter has to be available with the poster at the time of inspection by the judges.

TRAVELING GRANTS

Limited Traveling Fellowships will be available for trainees on first come first serve basis from SANC 2007 committee.  Application should be sent in respective formats to the conference secretariat. Some limited free accommodations would be provide to trainees.
