Their passion for building endowed it with some of the loveliest buildings in the world - the Taj Mahal a poem in white marble which took 22 years to build by 20,000 skilled artisans who inlaid the white marble edifice with precious and semi precious stones. This monument is the culmination point of Indo-Persian architecture.

Excursion to Mathura “ Land of Lord Krishna” (Same day)*

Vrindavan and Mathura are the most important places of pilgrimage for devotees of Krishna. Krishna was born in Mathura and spent his childhood in Vrindavan. A long line of picturesque ghats - with their steps leading to the water's edge, arched gateways and temple spires extending along the right bank of the River Yamuna, emphasize the sacred character of the town of Mathura. Vrindavan today, is noted for its numerous temples.

The capital of Rajasthan, Jaipur is not only the gateway to the state; it was laid out by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II of the Kachchawaha dynasty from Amber. In Jaipur, visit the magnificent Amber Fort, City Palace, Museum, The Observatory etc. Enjoy the elephant ride at Amber Fort.

Over-night trip to Haridwar – Rishikesh (01Night / 02Days)

Haridwar means gateway to the Gods. Haridwar's propitious location at the point, where the Ganges emerges from the high Himalaya to begin its slow progress across the plains, makes it a particularly holy place. Rishikesh, 24 kms from Haridwar. Har ki Pauri is one of the most sacred ghats & this ghat was built by Vikramaditya in memory of his brother Bhartrihari. This ghat is also known as Brahmakund. In the evening a Maha Aarti is performed on this ghat. It is an event which is a must, not be missed by any visitor.

Overnight trip to Taj & Fatehpur Sikri (01 Night / 02 Days)

Agra, the city of Taj Mahal is located at a distance of 203 Kms. from Delhi. Next morning visit Fatehpur Sikri, It was built during 1571 and 1585. The city is a fine example of culmination of Mughal and Hindu architecture.
