The Congress Organization will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to delegates for requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain visa. This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support. The delegates can frame their own invitation letter by clicking the link below, on a structured format designed by us. The letter thus framed will be on the official letterhead of the congress and can be printed by the delegates. The letter will bear the digital signatures of the Organizing Committee officials. Please note that for generating and printing this invitation letter a confirmed registration for the conference and a valid registration number is mandatory. For obtaining an invitation letter in any other format the delegates are requested to contact the event managers of the congress. Letters of Invitation may be requested from the congress office no later than 31st December 2008. The letters will be sent by regular air mail. In case an express delivery is needed, the delegate shall order a courier at his/her expense.
