*Hotel rates are inclusive of breakfast but exclusive of taxes.

• Delhi offers a wide range of many other hotels like Maurya Sheraton, Hyaat Regency, Grand Intercontinental, Taj Mansingh, Oberoi, Shangri La and other guest houses, with an approx. rate of Rs. 3000/- to Rs. 15000/ - per night. For accommodation in these hotels, kindly write to Neumech Events. Kindly note February is peak tourist season in Delhi so early booking is mandatory.

• Taxes for hotels are 12.5% on the published rates (subject to change) Check in Check out in the hotels is 12 noon.
   

• Rates at International Youth Hostel are inclusive of taxes, but exclusive of breakfast.
   

• For hotel bookings, kindly fill in the Hotel booking form and send one night advance deposit to Conference secretariat, latest by December 1, 2006
   

• Full advance payment for International Youth Hostel is required for the entire duration of stay, latest by 30^th November 2006. It is mandatory to mention arrival & departure dates.
   

• Rates in YMCA Tourist Hostel are inclusive of breakfast and dinner.
   

• Rates in YWCA Blue Triangle Family Hostel are inclusive of breakfast.
   

• Hotel/Hostel rates / taxes are subject to change. All claims will be settled after the Conference is over. Hotel booking cancellation request must be sent in writing. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after December 31, 2006.  Room bookings at International Youth Hostel cannot be cancelled.

• The rooms will be allotted on first come first serve basis.

• The official transport shall be available from the Conference accommodations only.
