A confirmed registration is necessary for attending the conference. The abstracts, invitation and other formalities would be considered confirmed only after valid registration.

Registration Entitlements

Registration fees will include:

  • Admission to scientific sessions.
  • Delegate Kit, Programme Schedule
  • Lunch / Tea / Coffee on all three days of the Conference.
  • Opening Ceremony & Reception.

    Email confirmation will be sent to all the delegates & accompanying persons whose registration forms and payments are received.

  • Registration is mandatory for all participants.
  • Cancellation and Refunds will be settled after the conference.
  • On spot registration is from January 29th Afternoon to January 31, 2008.
  • For advance booking of accommodation by the organizers one-night advance     payment is essential.
