Entire spectrum of convenient accommodation for the delegates can be arranged on request, on subsidized rates including guesthouses, budget and 3-5 star hotels.
Given below is the list of hotels and their approximate distance from the venue. The month of February is the peak tourist/conference season for Delhi and therefore the delegates are requested to book their accommodation well in advance to avoid last minute inconvenience. The last date for booking hotel accommodation is December 15, 2008.

*A Membership fees for Rs. 100 for Indian Delegates and Rs. 250 for foreign delegates will be charged for the booking of rooms in the International Youth Hostel. One passport size ID proof is required at the time of check in.

While booking the accommodation with the organizers, it is mandatory to register first and to mention Check In and Check out dates, for all categories of accommodation. Check in / out time is 12:00 Noon.
An Advance payment of one day’s room rent is essential for confirming the hotel booking. The same would be adjusted at the time of check out. It is essential to carry an ID proof when checking in into the Delhi hotels.
Transport shall be available at designated timings from the accommodation venues booked through the organizers.
Cancellations are not possible after 31.12.08. Hotel rates/ taxes are subject to change. All claims will be settled after the Conference is over. Hotel booking cancellation request must be sent in writing.
