| For Hotel bookings, kindly fill in the accommodation form and send one night advance payment / one night advance payment of the higher amount in the ‘Category’, in favor of “IPRAS 2009” latest by July 15, 2009. For booking after this date a full advance payment will be necessary as this is a very heavy tourist season. Cancellations are not possible after 1st November, 2009. Hotel rates/ taxes are subject to change as per the Hotel / Government Policies. Hotel booking cancellation request must be sent in writing. All claims will be settled after the Conference is over. |

| For Vishwa Yuvak Kendra & Indian Social Institute Hostel -- kindly fill the accommodation form online and send full advance payment in favor of “IPRAS 2009”. Very limited rooms are available at both these places. The rooms will be allotted on first come first serve basis. Room bookings at these Budget accommodations cannot be cancelled. |
