The Check - in / Checkout time is 12 noon. Rooms must be held from previous night for immediate occupancy, if arriving late night/early morning.

For hotel bookings, kindly fill in the accommodation form and send full advance payment in favour of “Neumech Events” latest by October 1, 2008. For booking after this date a full advance payment will be necessary as this is a peak tourist season. Rooms are subject to availability at the time of receiving the booking.
Cancellations are not possible after 1.10.08. Hotel booking cancellation request must be sent in writing. All claims will be settled after the Conference is over.
